POSH & Gender-Neutral Workplace Conduct Policy
1. Policy Statement
Hungersate Online Food Services Private Limited is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or role. Any form of harassment or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited. This policy aligns with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, while promoting gender-neutral workplace conduct standards.
This policy applies to all employees, consultants, interns, freelancers, vendors, partners, and visitors across all physical, remote, and virtual work environments, including digital communication channels.
2. Scope & Applicability
Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome behavior—physical contact, sexual demands or requests, sexually explicit remarks, sharing inappropriate content, or any conduct of a sexual nature—whether direct or implied.

Hungersate upholds dignity and respect for everyone. While statutory POSH complaints can be filed by women as per law, the Company embraces a gender-neutral approach. Any individual experiencing or witnessing harassment, bullying, discrimination, or offensive behavior may report it through designated internal channels.
An Internal Committee has been established to receive and address complaints confidentially, fairly, and promptly.

6. Complaint Mechanism
Complaints must be submitted in writing within three months of the incident. The IC will conduct an impartial inquiry and provide findings within the legally mandated timeframe.
7. Confidentiality
All complaint-related matters and inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.
8. Protection Against Retaliation
Retaliation against complainants, witnesses, or participants in the investigation is strictly prohibited.
9. Disciplinary Action
If complaints are substantiated, disciplinary measures may include warnings, suspension, termination, or other appropriate actions.

This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
