An accomplished IT and business leader with over 24 years of experience across ITES, Fortune 500 companies, and the retail sector. Balachander brings deep expertise in driving operational excellence, scaling businesses, and building technology-driven solutions. As Co-Founder & COO of Hungersate, he spearheads strategy, operations, and partner growth, blending his corporate leadership background with entrepreneurial vision to deliver innovative food delivery experiences across India.

Lt Col Chandrashekhar Rao

Strategic Technology Advisor

Lt Col Chandrashekhar Rao (Retd.), an alumnus of IIT Delhi, brings deep expertise across defence, government, and enterprise IT. He served in the Indian Army (Signals) with a stint at DRDO (Missiles), and later served as IT Jt Director (Infrastructure) with the unified Andhra Pradesh Government, playing a key role in building the state’s core IT Infrastructure.

He has also led IT and Digital Infrastructure initiatives for Smart Cities including Dholera, Patna, and Bhagalpur.

Currently a mentor at T-Hub, Hyderabad, he supports Hungersate with strategic IT guidance—strengthening Technology, Architecture, IT Infrastructure, and scalable, reliable operations.

Mohamed Mustafa

Network & Logistics Head

Mohamed Mustafa is a distinguished logistics and aviation cargo leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in managing global carriers and integrated logistics networks. His leadership journey spans Etihad Cargo, Blue Dart DHL, Qatar Airways, and Emirates-aligned aviation environments, where he contributed to the development and management of high-performance cargo networks operating in complex, time-critical environments.

At Hungersate, Mustafa oversees the strategic design and implementation of intercity, temperature-controlled logistics operations. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening airline partnerships, optimizing route efficiency, and institutionalizing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver superior speed, reliability, and scalability across the network.

Capt Ravi Subramanian

Logistics & Operations Advisor

An Armed Forces veteran with 30+ years in logistics, Capt Ravi Subramanian has led large-scale, multi-state supply chain operations.

Former Business Head (AP & Telangana) at Blue Dart and Regional Head – East, he managed operations across 12 states and supported key aviation infrastructure in Hyderabad. Post 2018, as VP – AP/TS at Vakrangee, he scaled 197 franchise outlets and contributed to building Smartr Logistics from inception.

He has held leadership roles across EICI, APCA, and ACAI (Hyderabad Chapter), and served as Chairman – DHL Cross Business Unit.

At Hungersate, he strengthens logistics infrastructure, network scale, and execution for a robust intercity delivery network.
